Bulk GDPR — delete a list of profiles from a CSV
1 day ago
Bulk GDPR lets privacy and data teams queue deletions for a whole list of profiles from the Lytics UI, without writing code against the bulk deletion API.
How it works
- Upload a one-column CSV of identifiers, such as email addresses, from Using Profiles > Bulk GDPR, then confirm the count before anything is queued.
- See how many profiles were queued and how many failed, and download a results file with a request ID for each identifier, ready for your audit trail.
- Resubmitting an identifier on the same day returns its original request ID instead of queuing a duplicate.
Good to know
- The page is available to users whose role can delete profiles (Admin, Data Manager, or User Profile Manage).
- Files are limited to 500 KB. Larger lists should use the bulk deletion API directly.
- Deletions can't be undone.
See Bulk User Deletion for the full walkthrough.
