Schema Audit & User Fields Glow Up

We've added author information to Templates and Reports for better context and streamlined the Switch Account search for users with multiple accounts. The /v2/stream/names API now supports listing deleted streams, and the Snowflake Export Audience integration can be set to sync hourly.
What's Changed

- Author information is now included in the lists of Templates and Reports in their respective sections in the UI in order to provide additional context within the list view
- For users with multiple accounts, when you click on the Switch Account button you can immediately start typing without first having to click into the Search box
- The
/v2/stream/namesAPI endpoint now supports the parameterdeletedto output the list of deleted that have been hidden from the UI - Snowflake Export Audience integration can now be configured to sync hourly.
