Enhanced Job Alerts

Job failure email notifications have been significantly improved. They now include the account name, job name, workflow name, provider name, and detailed context JSON for debugging. Alerts are also batched to reduce notification noise. This makes troubleshooting failed workflows faster and easier, with clear, actionable information about exactly what went wrong.
