LINE Ads — audience export integration

The new LINE Ads integration pushes Lytics audiences into LINE Ads as Custom Audiences for targeting in your LINE campaigns. Identifiers are normalized and SHA-256 hashed by Lytics before upload; values that are already hashed pass through unchanged.

How it works

  • Authorize with a LINE Ads API Access Key and Secret Key pair from the LINE Ads Manager. Lytics signs each request server-side with HMAC-SHA256 and never logs the secret.
  • Pick a Lytics Audience, enter your LINE Ads Account ID, then either select an existing LINE Custom Audience to upload into or supply an Audience Name to create a new one.
  • Choose one Identifier Type per job — Email, Phone Number, or IFA (Apple IDFA / Google GAID) — and map it to the Lytics user field that holds the value.
  • Each run streams identifiers in chunks of up to 1M records / 60 MB. The first chunk replaces prior audience membership; subsequent chunks append, so a full re-sync is atomic per run.
  • Schedule re-uploads with Keep Updated and pick Daily, Weekly, or Monthly cadence (with day-of-week and time-of-day controls).

What you need to do

  • Have your LINE Ads partner account provisioned with API access, and obtain the Access Key (kid) + Secret Key from your LINE Ads representative.
  • Confirm the Lytics user field you plan to export holds the identifier in a clean form — emails or phone numbers can be raw (Lytics will normalize and hash) or pre-hashed SHA-256.
