Job Blueprints — save and reuse a job's configuration
2 days ago
Job Blueprints let you save a configured job as a reusable starting point and spin up new jobs from it, pre-filled and ready to review, instead of rebuilding the same setup by hand each time.
How it works
- Save any configured job as a blueprint from its actions menu; the blueprint captures the job's settings, authorization, quiet window, and monitoring.
- Start a new job from a blueprint in one click. The create wizard opens with everything pre-filled, so you just review the values and adjust what you need before creating.
- Manage an integration's blueprints (use, rename, or delete them) from its Manage Integration page.
Good to know
- Blueprints are scoped to your account and tied to the integration they were saved from.
- A blueprint's authorization is reapplied automatically when it's still valid, and left for you to pick when it isn't, so a new job never starts from a stale credential.
- Editing a blueprint doesn't change jobs already created from it, and using one follows your existing job permissions.
