Token TTL
We've introduced custom TTL settings for authorization tokens, allowing you to specify expiration periods directly in the interface. An alpha version of an in-app CSV uploader is now available for easier static file uploads—contact your technical account manager to join the testing phase. Additionally, we've fixed scrolling issues in Identity Rules
, resolved errors in identity graph loading, and addressed form and filter reset issues.
Audience Details & Seg History
We've added an arrow icon to the audience list for quick exploration of audience definitions, showing both raw queries and readable segment descriptions. The profile explorer in Conductor now includes a user's segment history, showing when they joined or left audiences. Additionally, clearer instructions have been added for configuration fields involving suffixes, such as subdomains, to improve setup accuracy.
Navigation, Labels, Errors
We've enabled direct navigation from Schema mapping to the stream view in Conductor for easier access to source details and optimized field management in Schema for a smoother experience. A new confirmation dialog has been added to prevent accidental deletions of Content Collections, and custom content topics are now labeled to distinguish them from system-generated ones.
Improved Search
We've refined our Fuzzy Search feature for more accurate, relevant results, now sorted by relevancy and precise matches. This update helps you find what you need faster and more efficiently. Happy searching!
Profile Recs, Mapping List
We've added recommended content for each interest engine in Conductor and enhanced the mapping list view to display additional details for each mapping.
Streams, Mappings, Bug Fixes
We've resolved issues related to save alerts in Conductor, added a total event count to the stream metrics view, and enabled creating new mappings directly from stream records. Additionally, we've fixed configuration issues with optional fields for maps and sets, improved UI to block field deletions managed by Cloud Connect, and streamlined the report creation process by directing users to the new report for immediate component addition.

We've officially launched our Drupal module, which brings many of the core personalization and content-related features from Lytics directly to your favorite content management system.
Data Model Native Link (Right Click)
Fixed a bug preventing users from being able to right-click and open Data Models in a new window from the list view, as outlined in the attached screenshot below.
Prevent Default Content Collections from Being Deleted
We've fixed a bug allowing users to delete their default content collections inadvertently. As per our documentation, those collections will not persist and will continue to facilitate default use cases.
