Improved
Behavioral Scores — turn scores into audiences in one place
4 days ago
The redesigned Behavioral Scores page, under Using Profiles > Behavioral Scores, is now a workbench for building audiences. You can see how each of the nine scores is distributed across your users, combine the ones you want, and send the result straight to the audience builder. You no longer need to know score thresholds up front.
What's new
- Start from a play. Named combinations such as Binge readers (high intensity, low frequency) or At-risk regulars (high frequency, falling momentum) give you a working behavioral audience in one click.
- Set bands on any score. Pick Low, Medium, or High, or drag the range slider for an exact band. Bands on different scores are combined with AND.
- See the size before you build. The page shows an estimated count of matching users and the rule that will be created.
- Continue in audience builder. The score rules carry over into the Audience Builder, where you can name the audience, add more rules, and save it.
- Explanations next to your data. Expand Why This Score Matters on any score row to see what the score measures and when to use it.
See Behavioral Scores for what each score means and the full set of out-of-the-box behavioral audiences.
