Cloud Connect Provider Options Not Showing
Iâm encountering an issue with the Cloud Connect feature. Previously, when I searched for cloud providers like Google Cloud or Databricks, the relevant options were visible. However, now, when I search for them, it shows âno providers,â as you can see in the attached screenshot.
What is the procedure for bulk deleting user profiles while ensuring that Lytics configurations remain unchanged?
Is it possible to maintain the Lytics configurationsâincluding schema, mapping, audiences, and API settingsâwhile deleting user profiles created within a specific time frame? This would facilitate the removal of test user profiles, ensuring that audiences remain clean and enabling the generation of more accurate reports.
Way to generate an aggregated report on an user field across all users in Lytics
Using Lytics, is it possible to generate a graph report that shows the total number of CTA clicks across all users within a specified date range? While Lytics can report on number of CTA clicks per user, is there a method to aggregate the total number of clicks across all user profiles for a given period ?
Do you support SSO? SSO with OKTA?

Usage statistics in BigQuery
We manage several Lytics accounts and want to keep a close look on our usage. Which type of export to BigQuery do you suggest? I'm using Export Activity Data. What to do when using multiple data streams? Is there a field to identify the lytics account?
