Oauth 2.0 Client Credential Grants for Webhooks

Webhooks now support providing authorization managed via an OAuth 2.0 client credentials grant! To use this authorization method, provide the necessary credentials to obtain an access token from the Token URL. The access token will be securely stored, allowing for the automatic retrieval of a new token when the current one expires. With this authorization in place, the access token will be included as a header in export calls when a job is configured, ensuring secure and efficient data transfers.

Acoustic Audience Export with Recipient ID

Our Acoustic integration has been extended to allow for export to Acoustic using their internal recipient ID. The main use-case for this is to provide an alternate sync method to update other identifiers in Acoustic like email.

Criteo Cookie Sync & Export

We're excited to announce our new two-part integration with Criteo - the global commerce media company. The first part is a JS Tag component that can be activated in the Lytics account settings to perform a cookie sync with the Criteo tag client-side, pulling in a Criteo GUM ID. The second part is the audience export, which allows the Criteo GUM ID, LiveRamp Identity Link, and mobile IDs to be exported. By integrating Criteo with Lytics, you can use machine learning-powered behavioral user data and content affinities to improve your personalized ads display.

Amazon DSP Hashed Email Destination Improvements

We're excited to announce a significant improvement to our Amazon DSP Hashed Email Destination! Previously, this integration required an initial send of users for Amazon to match, followed by a 7-day waiting period before audiences could be activated for Amazon DSP (Amazon Advertising). However, Amazon has now released a new API that simplifies this process. The new integration allows audiences to be activated as desired without the 7-day wait. Amazon will handle matching and audience activation all at once. This brings our Amazon DSP Destination up to par with our other trigger-based audience destinations. Our partnership with Amazon continues to grow, and we'll be diversifying our Amazon integration offerings throughout 2023.
