When creating a duplicate of a campaign that has been archived, the duplicate may also appear archived and can't be run or previewed. This happens when publishing the duplicate campaign without first updating the dates it will run on.

My previewed Experience worked. Why doesn't it display once started?

If an Experience isn't displaying on an expected URL, ensure that the URL or URLs are added to the allowlist for Orchestrate. Access your account settings, click Tag, and add the URLs your Experience should display on in the URL allowlist for Orchestrate input. The allowlist setting matches on the URL that contains the string you enter so you could allow your entire domain, an entire section of your website, or specific pages.
